Armani
Armani is a 2002 TB who began his life with a semi-successful career as a racehorse on various tracks. At the age of 5 he was retired and adopted by Nicole, and over the course of the last several years she has re-schooled him. He has successfully schooled up to first level dressage, show jumping up to 3’, and has completed several Novice level events. Armani is a fantastic lesson horse who takes care of the beginners in our program, while still posing a challenge to those more advanced.
Icky
Icky
Icky is a 2001 TB/Clydesdale cross who has been a well-loved and trusted school horse from a very young age. The barn favorite, Icky is an excellent teacher to all levels, requiring his riders to be correct and precise in their aiding in order for them to produce accurate responses.
Cowboy
Cowboy
Cowboy is a 1999 Paint Gelding. An absolute saint, Cowboy never puts a hoof out of place and is the perfect teacher, particularly for our students who are starting from the ground up. Slow and steady is his life motto, and what more could you ask for in a lesson horse!
May Leigh
May Leigh
May Leigh is leased to our lesson program from owner Laikyn Cook. A perfect little quarter pony, she is loved by everyone. She is safe and quiet enough to pack around the most beginner rider, while being talented and lively enough to be a super fun ride for our more advanced riders
Hottie
Hottie
Hottie is a 1998 quarter horse gelding leased to the program from owner Stephanie Hurd. A been there done that (literally EVERYTHING) type of guy, he is a blast for riders of all skill levels. He LOVES to jump. The ultimate school master he has something to teach all of his riders.
Rafe
Rafe
2003 unraced TB Rafe is the big lug owned and ridden by Nicole. Medically, Rafe has had a rough few years, but after a lot of rest, rehab, and love, he will begin his competitive Recognized Dressage career during the summer of 2018.
Chance
Chance
Chance is a 2008 OTTB co-owend by Nicole and Rich Smith. He was purchased with the intention of starting a career as a hunt horse only to discover his talents lie in the world of eventing. 2018 is set to be the move up year for Chance in his Recognized Horse Trials.
